Airport COVID-19 testing now available with NOBEL HSSE

AIRPORT COVID-19 TESTING NOW AVAILABLE

Saskatoon, SK: Skyxe Saskatoon Airport is excited to announce a new pilot project with Quantum Genetix and their partner, Nobel HSSE Management Ltd. to offer on-site COVID-19 testing at the Saskatoon Airport.

Beginning on Monday, May 17, 2021, pre-booked fee-based COVID-19 testing will be available at the Saskatoon airport for asymptomatic customers. All laboratory processes will be processed by Quantum Genetix and the sample collection will be completed by NOBEL HSSE Ltd.

Three kinds of RT-PCR testing will be offered: 12-hour, 24 hour and 48 hours. The 12-hour tests give results in 12 hours or less from the time of the test and requires the person to book their test prior to 8:45 am on the day of testing. Rapid Antigen tests that can provide results in as little as 15 minutes will also be offered.

In addition to implementing airport terminal safety measures including enhanced cleaning protocols, adjusted traffic flow, deployed hand sanitization dispensers, an upgraded HVAC system and installed plexi-glass partitions, we are excited to facilitate this on-site testing to help enhance safe travel in and out of our community.”
