Response to COVID-19

In response to the current COVID-19 situation and the safety of our employees and customers, we have asked all non-laboratory staff to begin working from home, effective Monday March 23rd 2020.  We will still be receiving and processing samples, but there may be a slight delay as we adjust to our new setup.  We will still be available by phone and email to respond to your inquiries and will continue to do our best to assist you.

Customers will still be able to drop off samples in a drop box located inside our vestibule.  You are also still able to submit samples via courier.  If you are dropping off samples please email stacie@quantumgenetix.com and call the  number by the drop box to let us know your samples have arrived.  We will update you if any changes take place.
