Sclerotinia / White Mold
Sclerotinia / White Mold
Fungicides are expensive and that is why it’s important to have your application timing right and to know if you need to be spraying. Collect samples and send them in for testing to determine risk of sclerotinia stem rot in canola. You may not have to spray at all. And if you do, you’ll know it’s money well spent. Collect samples any time from 20% to 60% bloom. If you are thinking about spraying in a couple days then now is the time to collect samples and test with Q-protect.
